The fastest way to reach the Yata team is on Discord. Bug reports, feature requests, build sharing, account help and trade-up questions all go through the same server.

A quick checklist to help us help you faster:
Account or sign-in trouble. Make sure you are using the same sign-in method (Discord vs email) you signed up with. Each one creates a separate account, they cannot be merged automatically.
Push notifications not arriving. Open Settings, Notifications and re-enable. On iOS, also confirm Yatagarasu has notification permission in the system Settings app.
Build did not save or sync. Pull down to refresh on the Builds tab. If a build still looks stale, sign out and back in, your saved loadouts live on the server and will repopulate.
Found a bug or balance issue. Drop a screenshot in the Discord, the engineers triage daily and you will see the fix in the next release notes.
Account deletion. Message any moderator on Discord with your Hunter ID. We will purge your account and all associated data (builds, DMs, friends, hunt logs, matchmaking tickets) within a reasonable timeframe.
